You have come to my website for a reason. You are looking for someone to help you overcome your depression or anxiety. Most people suffering from depression experience low energy and have difficulty concentrating. It can feel as if you are powerless and helpless. Perhaps you feel like you are trapped and unable to overcome the feelings of despair and hopelessness. You cannot find joy in anything you do. Depression is very common. It can be very serious and cause tremendous suffering, which can last for months if left untreated. Depression is very treatable.
Perhaps you find that you are a worrier. As a worrier, you create anxiety needlessly. Anxiety is the fear of something that hasn’t taken place yet, but that, in one’s mind, may take place shortly.
I look forward to helping you learn how to direct your brain to think positively. Learn to control your thoughts by replacing the unhappy thoughts with happy ones. We will work together to help you to become “Peter Pan” and “Think Happy Thoughts.”
Your mind is a very powerful tool. How you think and what you think can affect your health. Positive thinking promotes self-esteem; provides energy; reduces stress; promotes good health, and creates an uplifting feeling of peace and contentment.
You can choose to address your depression or anxiety through psychotherapy, or you may decide that, along with psychotherapy, you would like to use hypnosis as an additional tool so that you can learn how to control your mind before your mind controls you.
